जिस ऐप से हम रोज़ सब्ज़ी और दूध मंगाते हैं, उसी ने दिल्ली में एक बुज़ुर्ग महिला की जान बचा ली। सुबह करीब 8 बजे, शिवम की दादी घर में अचानक गिर पड़ीं। होश नहीं था, बस दिल धड़क रहा था। तुरंत 112 पर कॉल किया गया, लेकिन एंबुलेंस आने में देरी हो रही थी। इसी बीच शिवम को याद आया कि उन्होंने हाल ही में Blinkit ऐप पर Ambulance in 6 minutes फीचर देखा था। बिना समय गंवाए ऐप खोला, रिक्वेस्ट डाली। 1 मिनट के अंदर कन्फर्मेशन कॉल आ गया। और सिर्फ 4–6 मिनट में एंबुलेंस घर के दरवाज़े पर थी। एंबुलेंस में मौजूद दो नर्सों ने तुरंत BP और शुगर चेक की। दादी की ब्लड शुगर 40 तक गिर चुकी थी। फौरन ड्रिप दी गई और करीब 10 मिनट में होश लौट आया। इसके बाद उन्हें सुरक्षित अस्पताल पहुँचाया गया। सब ठीक होने के बाद शिवम ने फीस पूछी। उन्हें लगा यह पेड सर्विस होगी। लेकिन जवाब चौंकाने वाला था 👉 यह Blinkit की फ्री सेवा है, हम पैसे नहीं लेते। टिप देने की कोशिश भी नर्सों ने शालीनता से मना कर दी। शिवम ने अपना अनुभव LinkedIn पर शेयर किया। अब मैं Blinkit या Zomato के checkout पर दिखने वाला ₹1–₹2 donation कभी हटाऊँगा नहीं, क्योंकि कभी-कभी ये छोटे योगदान मिलकर किसी की ज़िंदगी बचा लेते हैं। 10-minute delivery पर सवाल होते रहेंगे, लेकिन ये घटना दिखाती है. सही नीयत से इस्तेमाल की गई टेक्नोलॉजी = Life Saver. 🚑
