Hi! Top 8 today after 1st place in swiss at a paper event in Dual Games (32 players, i am Ruben Lum.) Has been a while since my last paper event. 4 wins and 1 draw in swiss but i lost in top 8 against Dredge in a very close game one and not being able to find lands game 2. 🐲🌨

Dimir Fae🏆, trying without Murmuring, since the Pauper League metagame tends to favor a larger number of Burn Decks, the reality was that I ended up finding many m.u. where Murmuring could be useful (especially vs Caw-Gates), but I still managed a positive result! @fireshoes

The last time we had a 4-deck meta for a long time was in 2023, and it was a really cool one. The current meta seems to share many similarities with that one.

I'm continuing to progress with my Dimir Faeries list, and I got a 5-0🏆 after a 4-1 on live stream. Testing +1 Augur to better combat Red Decks and 4x Steel Sabotage for the sideboard, looking to combat the significant increase in artifact-based decks. @fireshoes #mtgpauper

Dimir Faeries🏆,testing a line w/ more fae, using Miscreant. Augur can be missed in some matches, but agressive lines and more effective SSS was interesting. I will continue testing and if it proves solid I will bring an Updated Sideguide at patreon.com/barffmtg. @fireshoes
