@Probation___ It was such a sad and hard decision to make. 16yrs as a PO & then SPO. I used to love the job so much, but it has changed so much for the worse. Senior leaders have lost sight of what the PO/SPO role should be about. Chronically high caseloads for my team and ridiculous workload

@jimbrownblog Training isn’t good enough it’s broken . It’s a tickbox whistlestop tour. The basics of report writing are not there which we did as TPOs 20+ years ago . Made us develop motivational interviewing, probing etc. it’s lost no wonder pquips leave in droves. POM training non existen

Training is not good enough, significant numbers drop out and there is a very low retention rate.
