I first went to London aged 10 on a school trip and we visited Downing Street; my ten year old self would not have guessed that one day I’d be asked to speak inside this amazing building!

@AvantiWestCoast I’m aware the train manager can’t move through the train because it is so overcrowded but water could be passed along (via the people in the aisles) so that the various children thought the carriages who are currently distressed and overheating could have a drink

Hi Rachael. I'm sorry to hear that this train is overcrowded today 😔 The Train Manager is aware of the overcrowding on this service. Unfortunatelty, the train is full and standing so the staff cannot walk through the train. I sincerely apologise for these conditions on your journey today. - Kim

@AvantiWestCoast please could you ask your manager to pass some bottles of water down the carriages of the 13.14 from Wigan to Euston. The carriages are so full that people are standing all the way along the aisles meaning nobody can move to get water on an overheated/full train.
