@Westpac @BankSA I'm aiming this at @BankSA whom I'm a customer of. @Westpac & @BankSA are joining & this has caused the closure! We'll have no @BankSA available to us at @westfield West Lakes SA until April 2026. WTF are people supposed to do it they're seniors, don't drive & need cash!!!

Went to @BankSA at major shopping centre near me. It wasn't there, sealed up, undergoing reno to April, joining up with @Westpac! Fuking disgusting, not even a warning or notification this was happening. No outside teller offered, no where else to go! It's a fuking outrage!

@BankSA hello, it’s 9.50am here in the UK. So past your normal business but you have an international business section that should be open for customers overseas. If so is anybody there. Have spent more than 24 hours trying to get sense out of BankSA.

@BankSA We have tried phoning those numbers. They answer, we press the number we want and then silence. Play music or something so people know you’re still there.

@BankSA There are no email addresses on the “feedback” page. It’s all phone numbers that keep you waiting for 20/30 minutes. That means you don’t employ enough people on your phones. Have you ever heard of something called “customer service”?

@BankSA How the hell does anyone get through to you? 20 minutes on hold from the UK and then when I get through. You can’t hear me. Checked my phone, nothing wrong with it. Fault must be your end. Just give me a plain email address.
