Das Meme trägt viel Wahrheit in sich. Hier mal aus der Perspektive von jemanden, der jeden Tag durch Grün regierte Stadtteile von Berlin fährt:
- Hauptstraßen auf 30km/h begrenzt (höheres Verkehrsaufkommen, mehr Stau, mehr Dreck)
- Seiten- und Nebenstraßen teilweise komplett sinnlos durch Poller geteilt
-> große Umwege fahren
-> Verkehr wird auf immer weniger Straßen konzentriert (siehe Punkt 1)
- Parkplätze wegrationalisiert (besonders auf den Hauptstraßen)
- teure Parkgebühren
- Schilderwald (Hallo Kottbusser Damm)
- Ampeln teilweise immer noch auf 50km/h eingestellt (Verkehrsfluss komplett behindert)
- teilweise komplette Radfahrerstraßen, die zuvor eine große Entlastung für die Hauptstraßen waren
Vieles davon kann man mit Erfahrung und Handwerkerparkausweis kompensieren, aber als Ottonormalverbraucher würde ich es meiden regelmäßig in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Es ist einfach Autofeindlich geplant. Punkt.

Besides, it fails to reliably see through pure illusions as well, Itachi is able to briefly catch Sasuke in one (not Tsukuyomi) and Sasuke catches Danzo in one twice despite literally several Sharingan in his arm.
