I have 3 boys ages 3-6 right now, and two in their 20s. I don’t think the cortisol is from the kids. More likely, the site you run. My diet has always been 80% animal protein, and I agree, strict carnivore sucks. Well, with that said, if you are in functional shape from actively training, I don’t see why they wouldn’t take you. Being chiseled isn’t required.

@Gab_neger T levels aren’t a problem, high cortisol is with a house of young children but idc it’s worth it. Sauna helps a lot and cutting seed oils a few years ago was a game changer. 0 carb carnivore melts fat like crazy within weeks but it gets old after a few months.

If your body fat is high, 90% of it has to do with diet and hormone levels. The gym and cardio have little effect. 10 minutes on a good fan bike will only burn ~100 calories. Have you had a hormone panel done? Low T affects insulin sensitivity and nutrient partition. Most modern men run at a deficit of historical levels due to the food they eat, and chemicals they encounter on a daily basis. At age 43, my natural total T was 623 and estradiol 15.
