Informed two of my staff members that they're in the shortlist for a promotion. Later I noticed one of the hopefuls bragging to friends on social media that they might be promoted at work. That person did not get promoted. Because they spelled it "permotion" in the posts.

So happy to get out on my bike today. I was lucky to be given a '17 Giant CX frame and fork and have built it up with GRX & Deore components + spares and Ebay 2nd hand parts. This is my first build + i've made loads of mistakes along the way but lots of smiles today. #gravel
