@BhallaAnchal Yes! Short before I arrived in Cambridge, they changed Math exam papers to only have the initial for the first name (hiding the gender). And suddenly, women started to take top places. The talent *is* there. Biases prevent it from rising up.

@widged Oh god yes! And the nasty comments a woman receives when she reaches a higher position is even worse 😣

@BhallaAnchal “What would need to change is for men in positions of power to accept that women can surpass them without having wronged them.” Surpassed by a man, they bow before him. Surpassed by a woman, they are full of anger and feel justified to retaliate, punish and “take down”!

@widged Corporations have it all wrong when it comes to diversity and equality! They would hire a woman and call it equality, when in reality it should be hiring for talent without any sexism/racism in the decision making process.

@BhallaAnchal Though I am well aware it takes them an awful lot of efforts and energy to get there, it should simply be the clever thing to do. The reports I read, ⬆️ diversity gives way to ⬆️ innovation, ⬆️ revenues. Inequality makes absolutely no sense, socially or economically.
