Please share and help us find a missing man from Belle Vale. Robert Carter, 38, was last seen on Wednesday 18 March and enquiries are ongoing to find him. He is described as being around 6ft 2in tall, has a medium build, shaved dark hair, brown eyes and has a scar on his nose. When last seen, Robert was wearing a black coat, a grey hooded top, a white T-shirt and black trousers. He has links to Wirral.
