Tra 24 ore, Noelia sarà la prima persona a ricevere l'eutanasia per depressione in Spagna. Nel 2022, Noelia è stata vittima di uno stupro di gruppo in un centro di accoglienza. Un centro pubblico che avrebbe dovuto proteggerla. Non è riuscito a superarlo. Il suo successivo tentativo di suicidio, fallito, l’ha resa paraplegica. Il sistema costruito in Spagna l’ha delusa e ora l'unica soluzione che le offre è l'eutanasia. Il problema è il sistema, e la battaglia è spirituale, come dice il Presidente @nayibbukele . Ora, in El Salvador, gli stupratori saranno condannati all'ergastolo. In Spagna, se la vittima ha meno di 14 anni, lo stupro resta impunito. Non ci sono parole.

A court in Sweden rules against the deportation of an Eritrean migrant convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl in 2024 because the r*pe didn't last long enough. The verdict said: "Given the nature and duration of the act in question, the Court of Appeal finds that the crime is indeed serious but not of such an especially grave nature as to warrant a decision to deport Yazied Mohamed." Words cannot even begin to describe how f*cked up Europe is.
