@GenFitzhughLee @ItsJustN1ck You confuse content with style. A director can make a movie in another genre and if they have a well defined style that will come through. Edgar Wright makes radically different movies but you can tell they're his movies based on the direction.

@CackleTheory @bork750 @Halo @fanta Pre-rendered cutscenes indicate that custom costumes will not be included in the games cinematics. Ports of Resident Evil 4 are considered inferior versions of the game for this reason.

The new teaser for #Supergirl shows us our main problem with a Gunn led DC Universe and the still awkward connections to the old DC Universe. Supergirl having a Starlord level of music obsession mixed with the uninspiring cameos from characters who should be a physical presence. (They added more of him to combat this issue)

But stand by your shit and own it. Hopefully, a lesson learned for him. Again, no one disputes his right to express it. My issue is that he needs to stand by it and take the hits and not cop out with some lame "out of context" excuse.

@BrieFBurch @MoviesThatMaher I 100% agree that Peter Quill does have a sentimental attachment to his Walkman/Zune for the reasons you mentioned but yeah OPs criticism of equating what weve seen to both characters having an "obsession" with music is pretty dumb.

@BionicZack @MoviesThatMaher I would call Quill's listening to music more than just enjoying it, since all the devices to play and music given to him was gifted by two dead parental figures and one of his last few connections to Earth. He nearly died getting that music back. OP's criticisms are still silly.

@fandompulse He speaks to someone that supports these things because he's never had it affect his actual life. When you start encountering the consequences of these ideologies and actually trying to speak logic to dogma, you see how insane it really is.
