My vote is to make the pick at 1.04 and get either the best player in the draft and instant offensive weapon Love or one of these blue chip pass rushers. Totally against trading down. No doubt, us @Titans fans will watch another team trade up and grab Love so we can watch him tear up the league for a decade and say coulda, shoulda, woulda 😭

I agree with you in most cases. But I believe Love is special. I know last season our defense kept us in alot of close games until halftime but our offense couldn't sustain drives, had alot of 3 & outs and tired our defense out late in games. Cam needs a playmaker to hand the ball, checkdown to and even line up in the slot. I don't mean any RB. I'm only talking about Love.

@Cmac_sportsfan @Titans I agree to build depth through the draft, however, I think we should make a pick at 1.04 and not trade back. Get the best player available. Possibly best player in the draft. Then build depth afterwards with the other 8 picks.

But if you are looking at quality staters on the roster, the Titans are closer to bottom 3. We need to build an overall strong roster through the draft.

I like Tate for the @Titans but I feel like he's the 2nd best WR on his college team and if Smith was eligible, he would be drafted over Tate, so I think 1.04 is too high because possibly he's stats are padded by this.

@Cmac_sportsfan @Titans We currently have 78 players on our roster. Currently have 9 draft picks. So 87. Then will have to cut to 53. So why not take the best player available at 1.04 or who we feel like is the best player?

@BitFantasyTITAN @Titans I think there’s a big difference in filling roster holes and building through the draft and building depth. Poor wording on my part
I wouldn’t say thats what losing organizations do. I think the best teams are the ones that have built through the draft. i.e. Seahawks last year.

@BitFantasyTITAN @Titans I’m all in on Love but I’d trade. Not really sold on any of the pass rushers at 4. Bailey looks very stiff, Reese is almost pure projection (love the talent), Bain has the arm issue but is my favorite although I’m not sold on pass rush for him as much as I am as an edge setter

Respectfully, i disagree with you. I do not think we should draft based on team holes when we are so far away from being a contender. Draft the best player. No matter what. Build around them with Cam. Drafting to fill holes never works. Its what the "losing" organizations do. In my opinion.

We have sooooo many holes on this roster and rounds 2-3 is the strength of this draft. Its absolutely the move for our team

Not always. Recently, Houston was in the basement and should've been the #1 overall pick but Lovie Smith chose not to tank last game and they traded up to take CJ Stroud and Will Anderson back to back at 1.02 and 1.03 and immediately transformed their franchise from the laughing stock of the AFC South to a divisional contender.

The world just lost a wonderful human being! He loved football and he loved us fans. Always took the time to talk to us and get a picture.
(This was just this past year and the Saturday Titans event in Vegas before the Raiders game.)

Maybe you're right, but Coach Saleh just watched the 49ers offense run through CMC with a depleted, banged up WR corps while at the same time two seasons ago, Daboll watched Saquon tear up the league for 2K yards and lead the Eagles to a SuperBowl championship.
