Actually, neither. We only calculate UTXO data every 5 minutes for Bitbo Pro++. Meaning, for a metric like realized price, this is how the updating would work: 0 min - we scan all UTXOs 1 min later - new block ( we don't update yet) 3 min later - new block ( we don't update yet) 5 min - we update realized price with latest new blocks
