@purpleclaire Books show up when the store(s) report sales. The only thing you have to do is to activate them when you are notified in the Daily Update email (which includes a link to the Book Activation screen). The Dashboard will also provide a notice and link for this.

@carlyphillips Just emailed you about this. Rename the file type to "csv" and you should be fine. Only Safari has this problem.

@BookTrakr ’m on a Mac. I hit Export and I tried CSV and it’s downloading to a .txt file with the numbers all running together. Is there another way to say get a year’s worth of monthly numbers? I emailed too
