Benjamin Mutimura, the seasoned banker who was until his appointment the Chief Commercial Officer at Bank of Kigali, has been named as the next CEO of @imbankrw.
He will take up the reigns from outgoing CEO Robin Bairstow on July 1.

John Rwangombwa (Central Bank Governor, Rwanda): « Ugandan traders buying goods in Rwanda can pay in Uganda shillings, and Rwandan traders can pay for goods in Uganda in Rwandan francs. It has its challenges but that’s what we are trying to do ». Imagine if it was normalised.
