I did something I’ve never done before: I entered myself into the Ms Health & Fitness contest. I have been nominated for, and even won awards in the past, as Goddess Wolfe, but actually being the one to say “I deserve this!” feels really strange. But it’s not even about whether or not I deserve it, honestly. It’s about helping to heal the world. All I’ve ever wanted to do is help people, and teaching yoga is how I believe I’m meant to do that.
