@0xKingAlex I use a oroshigane, which is a wasabi grater i use to grate fresh wasabi. It actually works fantastic. I only mince for certain applications.

Jarlic is totally fine if you hate the taste of garlic but like the idea of putting garlic in food to sound like you can cook.

@9mmsmg My experience with jarlic: It cannot actually be garlic. I think it’s “garlic-flavored” plastic. The stuff does not “melt” like real garlic. Just buy a clove every time you go grocery shopping; and grab the old one left in the fridge and whip it off the back deck

My approach to seed oils is quite similar to Pascal's wager. I'm not 100% certain that they will kill you, but I avoid them. If I'm wrong and they're totally fine, I lose nothing. If they end up being the most destructive things we can eat, I won by avoiding them. Because of that, we don't purchase or use them in my house at all, and use alternatives. On the flip side, if I go out to eat occasionally, I'm not bugging the waiter to find out if my food came within 50 feet of a bottle of canola oil. Balance.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

Vivek Ramaswamy hasn't posted from any location in Ohio since an event at OSU on Sunday February 22. For a few days his campaign posted videos from that and other events, then stopped completely after February 27. Since then he's more or less disappeared.
