@TrickyMickMinin Carnivore diet. Eating ribeyes everyday is not realistic. But chuck can be less than $5 a lb or if you are really pinching, munch on chicken hearts and liver like their Cheetos. ….Half kidding about chicken hearts. They actually taste yummy air fried with the right seasoning.

I could cut out like 20 grams of carbs easily switching from fruit to beef jerky, and then switching from bagels with creme cheese to sausage and eggs for breakfast would be like 44g of carbs. So I could cut down 64g of carbs a day and probably start shedding some weight fast. Then swap out breaded chicken with a bun for regular seasoned chicken should get me another 35 carbs. That's an easy way to remove 100 grams of carbs everyday. I think I need to do this to get my weight down and feel a bit better throughout the week. I feel like a fat trucker lately.😑
