@oatsgrower @AllamFarmer @Plantmore1 You can put a drier in front of the fans. It helps keep the hoses clear. But the venturi still plugs because they draw their own air.

@AllamFarmer @Plantmore1 Agree plugged lines suck on any seedmaster with individual seed runs. Why can’t you set up a dryer in front of the fan inlet like other drills?

@Mullin_95 Salford knows absolutely nothing about their own load cells. Actually, less than nothing because they think they know something

I guarantee I get an answer way faster on here than a dealer , how do I trouble shoot a dead load cell on a 9620 salford. It’s reading 0 , but when you input certain ones nothing happens , and when you unplug others , the numbers sky rocket. But reads nothing when everything is plugged in

Anyone running pro 1200s in combines? We have one in a quad track and that thing is a pile of garbage in my opinion.

Well. I don’t know how big the CR11 is. But the 10 is big. Big big big big. Didn’t get to see it in wheat. Wish we could have. But man she’s a big combine with 50 feet in front of it

@Mullin_95 That's what our canola is normally like. 1200 or more rotor rpm. Concaves 3/4 inch or tighter. Mad finger grate concaves work really good in that shit. They don't plug up.

I think the plan of action tomorrow is throw out everything I know about how a combine works , and try some wild shit. 1.4-1.8 bushel loss was as good the automation , and me shutting it off doing it myself could get it

@Mullin_95 Cr11 has hopper percent on the screen. Seems close so far, but I haven't done enough to know how accurate it is.

I will admit , the one thing I do miss about Deere combines , was the hopper % Mark it full , mark it empty. And it seemed to work all day accurately. It’s just too bad you had to go 2.8 mph in a 60 bushel canola crop to make it go 0-100%

@Mullin_95 CR11 doesn't have it. Finally. The active seat in the sprayer hikes you up so far that you can't see when the booms are folded.

@rscragg HD50R’s and a HD40R. Probably have about 2000 acres of wheat where about half of its laying like a sheet of paper. Ordered lifters this morning. 23 grand but figured I only need to save about 50 acres of wheat and they are paid for.

So is anybody running these newer style crop lifters from FlexxiFinger, the ones that float. Have run their old style ones but wondering if these would be a little bit easier on the guards and combine. Think they have 3-4” of movement. Will they ride up on the crop? #AgTwitter

@valleyfield2008 For us, adding water capacity to the sprayer tender. 7000 gallons on board now. Also adding an air compressor to the drill for plugged runs.

So top 3 additions to the farm this spring. A couple of game changers. First is our tender unit. So fast so easy especially when u get into a routine on loading. Second was our tiregrabber jack. Safety is a big one. Crush rock for the yard is number 3. Let’s hear your best adds.

Where can a guy get a small custom conveyor made up? Want to build my own seed tender for bulk canola seed into my airseeder. Will be mounted on a 3 ton deck truck and be able to fill a tank 14-15 high. #AgTwitter
