@BunkovskyGames @RiseOfTheSlime Just downloaded the PS5 upgrade and it doesn't carry over the PS4 save file so all progress is lost either way. Thanks for all the work and I will start over with the PS5 version, no worries. Have a great weekend!

@Brett_Metal @RiseOfTheSlime Unfortunately it looks like this particular save might be lost :( but i now included specific additions in loading layout so you never get stuck in there even if save is corrupted or cant load for any reason, and it will be coming with the next patch.

Any fix for the not loading save file issue? I uninstalled twice and the game will not load. Is there a way to choose a different save slot, hate to lose all my progress. @bunkovskygames @riseoftheslime #PS5, #RiseoftheSlime

@BunkovskyGames @RiseOfTheSlime Thanks again for the investigating, I'm sure it was right after the checkpoint text popped up. Thought i was safe to power down and leave the house. Also I really appreciate the time you gave to this. Gonna delete the save file and start up on the PS5 vers Friday.

@Brett_Metal Hey Brett, sorry to see that this is happening when playing on PS5 through backwards compatibility. We're aware of this and are looking into the problem. A PS5 build is releasing on May 28th and we would recommend switching to this.

@Brett_Metal @RiseOfTheSlime dang, asked about potential causes of this, need to wait for answer | unfortunately game only has the one save slot, so wiping that should solve this but you would lose the current run :( Did this happen after you quit game and got back in or at some other point?

@BunkovskyGames @RiseOfTheSlime It happened after a checkpoint, I had to leave the house quick so I just powered it down. When I came back the next morning to play this is what I got. I had previously restarted at checkpoints. Maybe something to do with just turning off the system mid-run...
