@Colby_Daniels The biggest issue has been the fact that the NBA still combines the histories, which is why ESPN combines them. When Johnny Hoop Head sees that on a broadcast, he assumes that it’s because the Thunder combines the two, which is not the case.

If for no other reason, I'm happy for the Sonics history to go back to Seattle so people can stop incorrectly acting like OKC is trying to claim anything before 2009.

Breaking: The NBA's Board of Governors has approved a vote for the league to explore bids and applicants for expansion teams exclusively in Las Vegas and Seattle, sources tell ESPN. A bidding process is expected to generate offers in the $7-10 billion range for each team.

You'll be shocked to learn that the Thunder were called for more fouls in this game than the Sixers and that noted foul merchant SGA took 3 free throws (one of which came on a Nick Nurse technical). Every game. Rinse and repeat. Always a story. Never true.
