@MacwitdaSak @1488words @_StillTheShawn 25x4 100 25x8 200 25x12 300 breaking it down is definitely more efficient my oldest brother had me and my younger brother doing push ups in sets of 25-30 and we’ll end up doing a total of 500 plus push ups a day you get more by putting in little by little

@1488words @_StillTheShawn I understand that. But people do more than just 100 pushups a day. So breaking it down to 25 is not efficient or effective enough. If somebody’s doing 250-300 pushups then you probably would do more then 25 at a time
