@AirCanada now to top things off, they were told their luggage would arrive home in 5-7 days without them. So the whole team/parents are now without luggage in the hotel that they’ve been paying for on their own. No priority for people stranded since Dec 20? Inhumane

Been at Toronto Pearson for the past 3 hours. Flight was delayed from 9:25pm, to 11:25pm, to 1am, to 2:30am and now it’s scheduled for 3:20am. There was only 1 staff member at the @AirCanada checkin/luggage drop-off for about an hour and after finally making it through …(1/3)
