@JayCampbell333 @Joeb_AD @MattDChrist @MindsetFreek Thanks for this Jay I’m a little confused when I incorporate weight training on a 4 day split with this. Is it cool to train whenever because so many carbs? And on fruit only days, are we trying to hit our Maintenance calories?

After messing around with @Joeb_AD’s amazing Sugar Fasting protocols for 4 weeks and getting absolutely #shredded! projectad.me/products/fuele…> I’ve come up with my own hybridized variation for both Men and Women. I think this the fastest, easiest and most sustainable way to get diced when Sugar Fasting. Why? The key is 100-120 hours per week where FGF-21 is ramped up from high levels of Fructose consumption. This is increasing Metabolic Rate by up to 20%. This works best for already fit and leaner Men and Women. 💥Men & Women < 20% Body Fat💥 All BB, Physique Athletes and Bikini Competitors should give this a run as it will torch body fat while preserving muscle better than anything else you’ve ever done. Weekly Schedule 👉Mon-Wed-Sugar Fasting 48-60 Hours Eat Fruit/Drink Fruit Juice No Deviation Cardio 2x Per Day (1 Session Intervals and 1 Session Zone 2) 👉Wednesday Sugar Fast until 12-2PM then Resistance Train Post Workout is Dry Starches(White Rice/Green Veggies + Salt), Shrimp or White Fish 2-4 Meals Same until 7-8PM Cardio Intervals at Night to Burn thru Glycogen (15-20 Mins) 👉Thurs to Sat Sugar Fasting 48-60 Hours Eat Fruit/Drink Fruit Juice No Deviation Cardio 2x Per Day (1 Session Intervals and 1 Session Zone 2) 👉Saturday Sugar Fast until 12-2PM Train-Pics or Fitness Competition Then Dry Starches(White Rice/Green Veggies + Salt)Shrimp or White Fish til 7-8PM No Cardio Saturday 👉Sunday Low Fruit Cals or Just Dry Fast(No Food) 1-2 Sessions 20-30 Mins Zone 2 115-130 BPM HR Dinner is Omnivore/Normal Meal or 2 Mark Bell Steak Protein Shakes split by 90 minutes. No Food after 8PM on Sunday Night and best to never eat after 8PM on any night for optimal digestion.
