So what was stated when you presented, that revenue from renting spaces out will cover the costs over years, was false? This project is not sustainable if no revenue will be made since this proposal has such high costs. #chtown19

The multipurpose room is to mainly be rented out by the community! Students already have access to free rental spaces on campus, but our community lacks spaces that are open to all

Apparently this is where they are getting the money from to fund this project. From college students. I know the college struggles firsthand and paying for renting spaces is out of reach for many. #chtown19
