We rent out our SUV for N150,000 2yrs ago, from that N150,000, we used to: - fuel car for client for around N25,000 - Pay driver 10% (N15,000) - deep wash N10,000 Now, we buy: - N80,000 fuel - Pay driver (N15,000-20,000) - Wash N10,000 Customers don't want to pay N180,000 for a 2020 Prado because there is always someone that has upgraded a 2006 to 2023 and is renting out for N150k💀 The 'profit' doesn't even cover the periodic servicing the car will need after 10 trips.
