Trading crypto was easy in 2017 and 2021. This most recent bull market is the hardest I have traded since 2016. I have not been consistently profitable trading perps since summer 2023, although my spot bags going up have printed. Perps and alts are not what they used to be.

We are in a cosmic play, all playing our part, and everything is written in the stars. There is no free will in receiving the lessons that God sends to you for the maturation of the soul; true free will lies in how you choose to interpret those lessons. The best example of this is when God allows Satan to test Job. Job never cursed God — even after losing his wealth, his children, and his health. In Job 42:1–6, after God finally answers him, Job repents for questioning things he could not understand: "Then Job replied to the Lord: 'I know that You can do all things; no purpose of Yours can be thwarted. You asked, "Who is this that obscures My plans without knowledge?" Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know. [...] Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes.'" So, how are you interpreting the lessons that bring hardship into your life? Do you blame and reject God? That is the free will...

We may not be aware, yet we are vessels of the stars. Our souls are born from the constellations, and within them our destiny is already written. To the stars we shall return, once our mission—set by our God—is complete.

It's easier to hit 100 rugs in a row these days on memecoins than to hit a single 5x. It might be the worst risk-reward casino in the world right now, by a large margin. There is no retail coming when even seasoned traders are getting rinsed left and right while tracking things normies can't even comprehend. Let 100 remaining deployers PvP each other to death and chill. The only winning move is not to play. Retardio.

Pretty sure this is the top of oil here too and the smart guys are building their shorts here to hedge their physical supply at these prices for liquidity. Costs a few $ to produce and you can sell infinite amounts through futures at these prices with the best possible news for the commodity? #MoneyPrinter

Legendary CME floor trader, Lewis Borsellino believes successful traders share one thing in common: a specific personality type. “If you went to work all week and your boss said, ‘yeah, you did a good job this week, but I can't pay you.’ How long would you do that job for?” “Trading is one of the only professions where you can work hard… Do everything right…And still make no money for weeks.” That’s why most people quit. Most people can’t be traders. Not because they’re not smart. But because they can’t handle loss. The question is simple: Can you keep showing up anyway?

They hate you when you’re in drawdown. They complain, they cry, and they start acting like everything you’re doing is wrong. Emotions start spiraling, doubt starts spreading, and suddenly everyone thinks they know better. But the moment it starts going your way, those same people change their tune. Now they love it, now they support it, now they act like they believed the whole time. That’s how it goes.

In the next few years, pay attention to what you deeply know. If AI gives you an answer that clashes with your conviction and you can prove it’s wrong, that might be the biggest edge over the masses.

Best visit recently ever was from a guy who had been a vegan 10 years, followed by another 6 years of keto, out of which at least 10 years where serious inner searching as well Results, basically nothing, since he still had not resolved his struggles and was filled with anxiety. He kept insisting he wanted to see me, so i said, ok, fine I told him, just do what i do tonight: we had beer, pizza, and went dancing I know...it sounds insane After a couple of beers, he told me about his intense frustration with everything, at the end he was even crying, tears of frustration and joy, and the next day he understood what i did He doubled down on his inner search, and finally his mind collapsed 3 months later and he found total clarity by finally giving up (funny enough, that is how it works, victory is achieved by giving up when the mind has exhausted all avenues, that is when clarity appears, no more resistance. In fact total victory = total failure) This time this was the right approach, other times when undisciplined people visit a long fast in the dark might be the right solution or some brutal discipline, but some people are just stuck in the same old pattern and are getting nowhere, so jolting them out of it is only accomplished by doing the exact opposite, which this time was beer & pizza His last message was: ¨thank you, i never forget you gave me the most profound realisation how stuck i was through drinking beer and eating pizza¨ I love my ¨job¨

I don't usually do this, however a dear friend of mine in New Zealand has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He's an outstanding dude and a father of two very young children. NZ public healthcare covers basics, but many advanced treatments aren't funded. They're fundraising for the best possible care. Any donation — even small — is hugely appreciated and shows support. Thank you. givealittle.co.nz/cause/help-a-y…

oil actually has a lot of similarities to an alt that a MM owns a lot of supply of. MMs generally win by pinning price in a 95p confidence range - oil is similar oil is a *flow* item (intermediate item in value-add chain; oil has negative value by itself until refined) vs being a *stock* item (SoVs; light industrial use but largely hoarded) what this entails is that oil turns over (bought & sold) at a much higher clip than smth lower touch like gold/silver. therefore, "inefficiencies" / arbs in pricing are also likely to be *cured* faster than said PMs mkt [which can be *dislodged* for a longer period of time, as we saw w the multi-week metals run] economically, high p$ do not benefit anyone other than short-term traders, bc of how hedged asset is (high spot actually likely dmging to producers) putting it all together: high intensity to suppress price by flooding the mkt anytime p$ is up

Lesson in losing it all is if you did it once you can do it again Hit another 7 figs 2 years after this, kept being euphoric and lost it again, but it didn’t matter, I felt nothing I always knew all I had to do was keep clicking Fast forward to 2024 I hit 8 figs and kept it

Keep taking your shots. Most people quit right before the wave shows up. They swing a few times, miss, get frustrated… and step out of the game. But the ones who win? They keep stepping up to the plate. One trade. One idea. One investment. One opportunity at a time. Because eventually the market shifts. Momentum flips. The cycle turns. And when the wave finally comes… 📈 It doesn’t ask who deserves it. It rewards the ones who were still there swinging. So keep taking your shots. The wave is closer than people think.

Brent still Phase 1. G7 SPR "stands ready" — bluff, not fix. Ceasefire hopes — narrative, not ground truth. Lots of noise. Hardly any material change. The only question that matters: Is Hormuz open? Answer: No. Duration × Chokepoint. That's the trade.

I’ve meditated for a decade, with lots of breaks One fascinating thing that always happens when I restart meditating is that within days, SUDDENLY, an absolute ton of people will start messaging me telling me their problems It happens every time It’s like they somehow intuitively perceive I would be an ideal listener, or that I am someone who can help them in some way And in my own experience, this is always preceded by a shift towards a greater internal sense of calm as I restart my practice But there’s absolutely no way they would know unless we have the capacity to sense other minds at great distances Interestingly, I do not think this is conscious in the slightest for people reaching out to me. It’s just that I happened to pop into their head when they needed to talk to someone. But whatever that mechanism is exactly, is magic

My iran/oil prediction... Trump reaches a pain point with oil prices and declares victory, halts attacks, and starts wrapping things up. Oil initially plummets bigly on the news. Iran realizes they now have a way to hurt Trump/USA and have no intent in letting bygones be bygones, so they ramp up attacks on Hurmuz and surrounding tankers/platforms/facilities. Oil shoots to new ath's on the realization Iran control the timeline, not Trump. In a rage Trump hits back with a fury that dwarfs the initial attacks and oil reaches prices once thought impossible. this is what I would call one of the better scenarios.

An aphorism from I don’t know who/when: “When people are worried about the future, they buy gold. When people are worried about the present, they sell gold.” Will be interesting to see if that plays out.
