Kids ages 4 to 12 can join the Solano County Library’s In-N-Out Cover to Cover program. Read 5 books or 300 minutes at your level and earn a free hamburger or cheeseburger. You can earn up to 3 burgers!

Using calming sound and vibration, these sessions offer a chance to relax the nervous system and take a peaceful pause. Her community sound bath takes place every second Saturday of the month from 10–11 AM, with the next session coming up this Saturday!

Fatimah Hanif, a graduate of the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI), continues to create spaces in our community for people to slow down and reset through her free monthly sound baths.
