If it was 1980 and someone had to get a quill out and scribe the bill with blood on vellum then perhaps €6 is fair... but BEEP! The folk working in the supermarkets beep a lot more than that and are lucky to get €6 an hour.

A friend just sent some chocolates for Christmas. I know they're chocolates because @PostNL just billed me €7.84 for the joy of receiving it. €1.84 VAT and €6 for them triggering a scanner. Come on @postnl #grinch
