. @Clarketools I bought the generator just over two years ago , as I live on a narrowboat a generator is essential and previous to today the once it was called upon it was fine . Today it started well however it isn't generating squat , not a good look for an emergency.

@danwc85 No unfortunately not. We did look into a generic solution, but there isn't one, sorry.

@Clarketools That’s such a shame, a perfectly good saw is unusable due to a small plastic knob. Do you know of any alternative parts from similar saws?

@Clarketools I have attempted multiple times to submit a form for spares on the service website but keep getting a Form completed incorrectly message. I’m looking for a TMCCMS25155 as the knob on my CMS251 has broken.
