@ClothesAid Hi I've tried to book a collection with yourselves. And received an email today, stating you don't collect from my post code? Its says on your site you collect from all over Liverpool and you do post the collection bags in this area. Are you not taking collections?

@ClothesAid Hi i cant dm you as you dont follow me so - if you book a clothes collection but you live on a busy street & your door opens onto the pavement where do you leave your bags between the hours of 7 am - 6 pm ?
