@dallascowboys Jerry Jones is sure all in. Higher the OC as the head coach as well as being one of the lowest paid head coaches in the NFL. As the highest valued franchise they continued to not be willing to pay the coaching staff instead choosing cheap coaches so they can continue to profit.
