I was diagnosed with major anxiety and depressive disorders as young as age 6. I’m a 6’1”, 218 pound gym bro now, but I promise you I’m still nervous and anxious as hell in the gym. Mental health matters, and I hope everyone talks about it more openly.

I did a Darlington 2006 rewatch a couple of weeks ago and Gordon’s car got way more front valence height down the straightaways. Miss random bs like that.
