isn’t that what they did with 2K22 and the games have still been just “ok” since then? I think the game is a mess because they’re just not that talented as developers. yukes wasn’t perfect but, they definitely made the game feel more full every year. they would implement several things, these devs act like it took a full year to add a draft that was already in another mode… and three cutscenes to universe… then the matches they’re “adding” are old af… notice we haven’t gotten something super crazy like an iron survivor match? it’s cause they’re repurposing code for certain matches and labeling it as new …. casket match, dumpster match, and ambulance match all have the same system going on 💀
