@tfwrail I would use this link to claim my compensation delay , however it won’t recognise the fact that the 8.09 from Crewe was 20 mins late getting to Shrewsbury which means I missed my connection . Should of arrived in Telford at 9.07 and I’m still on the train at 9.47 !!

@tfwrail shocking service today . Train fromcrese to Shrewsbury had to stop at additional stations causing a 20 minute delay . Missed convection to Telford over 1 hour late for meeting .9.33 from Shrewsbury to Birmingham absolutely rammed . This really is a shocking service !!

The @Ryanair customer service is abysmal. Going onto 6 hour flight delay with little to no information. I know they're a budget airline but ffs

I have now logged a complaint with ADR who have accepted my complaint . Use the link above scroll down and complete the form for EU regulation 261.
