One of the best marketing tactics I've seen: 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. People are tired of persuasive language and exaggerated claims. But some brands do it differently. Here are 5 ways Patagonia has used honesty to become a billion-dollar company. 👇

@MentoringMike I did the same, too. I had to travel for work and decided to take the time to catch up with family, friends, and my thoughts. Was wonderful.

Been away from X for a week and I can safely say that it's been time really well spent. Sometimes, you just have to take the time to reflect on what truly ignites your passion and purpose in life. Sometimes, you need to take a step back to move forward. Perspective

@irondadliving I've thought the same thing many times when walking past hospitals and doctors' surgeries. It's so strange to me.

I always took my biggest leaps when working with a mentor. There’s nothing more effective than learning from someone who is already where you want to be. Get results on the fast lane.

Hot take: "I just want to be happy" is the biggest lie we tell ourselves. What we really want is fulfillment, but what we really chase is pleasure.

If you had just 1 hour daily after your 9-5 to work on your brand. What would be your first step?

How to get overrun by a horde of followers this halloween: Spaces. My next venture; my first few spaces you might hear my voice quivering while I stumble over words, but I need to get the marbles out of my mouth.

If success were a mountain with a well-marked path, everyone would reach the summit. In reality, success is more like a dense and challenging forest. Only those willing to navigate through the obstacles, and keep moving forward despite setbacks will find their way to the top.

@ContentStylist That's it. Tech is the last step. Even better if you have a human proofreader for a second pair of eyes.

You don't need a thesaurus. You don't need ChatGPT. You need your ideas, beliefs, and a spell-checker.

And you would be right, Idalvis. But it's more about creating emotions for the reader than defining these emotions in your words. Here's a basic example I added to a comment below: Emotionally-driven: You won't believe how our top-of-the-line services will make you feel like a winner in no time! Rationally driven: Our services have been proven to increase client satisfaction by 87%, focusing on delivering measurable results and expert guidance.

@ContentStylist This is an interesting perspective, I was under the impression emotions is a better driver to influence than rationality

1 way to improve your copywriting (ethically): 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲.  Instead, use rational, data-driven messaging to highlight your skills and expertise. Rationality beats emotional persuasion.

You're right, Omer. But you can create emotions for the reader without relying on emotional language. Here are two very rough examples. Emotionally-driven: You won't believe how our top-of-the-line services will make you feel like a winner in no time! Rationally-driven: Our services have been proven to increase client satisfaction by 87%, focusing on delivering measurable results and expert guidance.

A pattern I've noticed in successful solopreneurs: - Prioritize self-learning. - Seek knowledge, not degrees. - Learn from experiences, not just books. - Embrace failures as lessons. - Innovate, don't imitate. Ignite your entrepreneurial fire through self-education.
