KUBIAK taking the LV job is career suicide.
Raiders job security is slim to none. Most coaches don’t make it past year 1.
Say what you want about Bidwill, but he actually wants to give coaches a chance to make it work.

The Raiders plan to interview Seattle OC Klint Kubiak over the weekend and then make a decision on their head coach, per sources. As one candidate predicted, “it’s probably (Kubiak’s) job to lose.”
