@AppleHelix @CrossBridgeBio All this helps with yield as well. We’re at the gram-scale now and with our tech we’re getting 75-80% yield from antibody to dual-payload ADC! That’s a CDMO doing it all too! Too hydrophobic and charged linkers can majority impact stability and yield in manufacturing.

Lots of talk about dual-payload ADC recently. Excited for what we’re building at @CrossBridgeBio, especially since we’re ADC through and through. My CSO developed Padcev at Agensys. Our linker tech was developed in house and I brought the inventors in! NHP tox study dosing soon.

Our @CrossBridgeBio JPM schedule is 🔥🔥🔥! Cool to get inbound from companies with over $500B MCs! Second time we got the request to go under CDA and have that turned around in less than a week. Lots more work to do, but excited to be in the position we’re in.

🚩 Texas Bio Triangle Houston-based @CrossBridgeBio raised a $10M seed round to focus on next-generation antibody therapeutics for cancer. It’s Texas funding Texas, with the @TXMedCenter Venture Fund leading the round. Congrats Michael Torres! Irving-based @carisls received FDA approval for its MI Cancer Seek test as a companion diagnostic.
