I looked at my daily effort and realized I’ve been playing it safe. I’m asking for a 'dream' life but putting in a 'standard' effort. The reality is that the gap between my current self and my goals is built on the sacrifices I haven't made yet. If I want the exceptional, I have to stop settling for 'enough' and start giving everything. It’s time to raise the stakes.

To a woman, if other women don't want you, you're deficient and it doesn't matter your presence in her life, as a man.
To a man, if other men don't want his woman, he's super OK because he chose her for himself and not them and he sees her presence in his life.

It's a skill we use, help us place ourselves in the shoes of another person.
For the man it was confusing because he was imagining that if he was in your place, and he had money and you didn't, then he would of invited you out and paid for you.
