@blockchainhippy We didn't have an age range in mind, but you probably need to have a teenager's worth of maths background to start. Depends on the previous education I suppose.

@CryptoHack__ what age range is this intended for? And about how many hours does each course take? I've enabled the Linux developer environment on my public school district-issued Chromebook.

@kaepora I think if the students have no previous experience with thinking about cryptography, then textbook RSA is a nice thing to start with for asymmetric crypto

@claucece Fun Fact: SNOVA is pronounced as "Supernova" by its designers. Please don't confuse the two meanings of supernova. One refers to an imploding hot mess, and the other has something to do with astrophysics.

Halfway through the return journey and I have something concrete to say about it: sam-jaques.appspot.com/static/files/5… I didn't make it past step 4, but I tried to give some intuition on complex gaussians and Karst waves (ICYMI others discovered a critical flaw; see the updated eprint)
