In the last three months I have: - Started a new job and excelled at it - Cut back smoking to 3 nights a week from 7 - Dropped roughly 45+ lbs - Tripled my water intake - Saved up and purchased an @the_ape_society In those same 90ish days, I have felt lost. I have felt defeated. I have felt alone. But I also have felt resolve and pride. So, I decided to share some of my victories. Writing them down felt good.
