@BillWadeUSQ @structure Can you email us support@structure.io with your order confirmation ID? The AC charger included in the sensor gift box will work in Australia with a suitable power adapter. One should have been included with your order.

@structure what is the power adaptor specs for use in Australia. Ours was test and tagged out due to the adaptor. Need an Aus safe version. Ideas?

@majortweetss @structure Definitely! You can order a new bracket from our accessory page: store.structure.io/buy/accessories Structure Sensor is compatible with all of our supported iPads the only difference is the attachment bracket.

@todd_burleson @structure If you are using the native Scanner app then it requires that you set up email using the Apple ”Mail" app. If you use a 3rd party app then it will not work. You can find the steps here: support.apple.com/en-us/HT201320 If it still doesn’t work email us support@structure.io

@structure I have enabled my email account on my Structure sensor, but when I attempt to 'send' the scan, the 'send' text is grayed out and will not allow me to actually send the file. Help!
