On Monday, we had our second Stroke Awareness Workshop for multicultural communities in partnership with the @TheStrokeAssoc, this time in the coastal town of #Eastbourne. We welcomed interpreters in four different languages and offered blood pressure checks for attendees.

It’s been two years since our first Women's Walk, funded by @activesussex. Tens of women who’ve shared a part of themselves along the way. We can’t understand every struggle, but we can make space for people to be heard. Thank you to those who joined us at Ditchling Beacon!
