@DxDelivery were supposed to delivery essential items for our mental health volunteer community garden day, window 9:12-11:12, four members of staff in but cafe closed sign, he doesn’t ring the door bell, just takes a picture of the sign and leaves! Won’t return. Awful

@DXdelivery_team @DxDelivery I have had 2 failed attempts at delivery where i get notifications stating that an attempt was made and it failed but nobody has rung the doorbell or called my number. The customer service numbers just dont pick up either

@DXdeliveryAI What sort of a company are you running ?? Twice now, I've waited in for a parcel to be delivered and twice a 'calling card' has been left ( but it hadn't!) Today, your driver was a half mile away as I was tracking my parcel, then suddenly 'unable to deliver'. 🤬🤬

@DxDelivery I am tring to organise a pick up and collection for a US passport to and from the embassy in London. No answer on email, held for 2 hours and gave up. Are you still providing this service and if so how do I organise it now. Thank you




@DXdeliveryAI absolute shambles of a company still waiting on a delivery that should have been here 19th Nov it’s been rescheduled by the depot 3 times each time we have arranged for someone to be home just for you to cancel each time customer service team unable to help
