@JoshYohe_PGH True, a lack of scoring in most sports is kind of a non-starter for being successful... obviously, if they can rediscover their scoring touch, they will make things interesting again .. but who do you start in goal? Go Pens!

I've written about it too, so I'm guilty. But I think we're all making too much of the Penguins and the post-whistle stuff. It's probably a reaction from 2012. But the Penguins aren't down in this series because of that stuff. They're down because they have 8 goals in 4 games.

@jonmachota I think the Eagles did us a favor. The Steelers do not need any more drama queens.

@1960Kim @jonmachota From what I understand the kid is 100 percent a team player. Unselfish and it's worried about anything else other then winning.

@jonmachota First, I have been a Steelers fan since 1947, growing up in Johnstown, PA..what the 'Boys and 'Birds did was probably a Blessing in disguise, as getting a potentially very good to great tackle is vs a very good WR, is an excellent deal for the Steelers.. we will see..go Steelers!

@MichaelBeck56 When we drafted Max, a RT, we created a young, talented group of guys who will all grow at the same time... this is a special group of guys . our D-line is getting younger, also, but at a slower rate..2 young QBs with potential, a couple of RBs with above avg talent..go Steelers!

@PittsburghSport All of their picks have an opportunity to be great .. I remember when Jack Lambert was picked and no one knew who he was outside of Youngstown State.. John Stallworrh, Terry Bradshaw ... Mean Joe Green ... any of our picks can become great... give them a chance!

Looking at this #Steelers draft it just feels like the passed on better guys in positions of need every round for guys that were in the middle of the pack of guys available. They clearly have their own grades but every one of these guys was ranked well below guys on the board in positions of need. This is a swing for the fences or strike out draft.

@BaddestBearJew Max is s gift from Heaven! He will.be an all pro for yrs and anchor the rt side of the line .. we now have a wideout that should have been a number 1 choice .. go Omar and Mike!

I stayed up until 3:00 am watching film on newly acquired OT Max Iheanachor. This kid is OOZING with talent. The amount of untapped potential within him is MASSIVE. I LOVE this pick so much, man. I do believe he has the most upside out of any other OT in this year’s draft class. Although I do believe we were stunned that the Eagles traded up before us, I also know the Steelers have done their homework and were high on Iheanachor. I don’t believe this was a panic selection at all. Rather, it was an immediate pivot to fill a glaring need and they did just that. I’m hoping all of yinz are feeling better today and are welcoming into our city with open arms. He doesn’t deserve any of this negativity. He doesn’t control where he’s drafted. It’s Day 2. We have 11 picks left. Buckle up and HERE. WE. GO.

Fair but something I didn't fully consider until this morning: who was the trade partner? There was no movement in the teens. Philly moving up shocked them. I guess they could have traded with Dallas but is moving up one spot worth both of your fourth round picks? That entirely depends on how far apart your evals/grades are on the two prospects.
