@RetroToHero I was a big fan. I really like how they streamlined it. I remember the grind being super heavy back on the PS1 but they did such a great job for today’s JRPG fans that probably don’t have the time or patience for old fashioned turn based battles.

Not enough people talk about the amazing remake we got with Star Ocean: the Second Story R a while back. Still one of the best J-RPGs (and remakes) in recent years, in my opinion.
