Got a new car yesterday. Man...heated seats were appreciated in 2 degrees this morning! Where the 'f' has spring gone? It's nearly April!

Watching One Born Every Min (from the start), there's a midwife (think the sister) on there I just love. She's just so chill and her voice is just so calming. She'd make me feel so relaxed. If I was ever going to give birth - I'd want her! Feels like nothing would phase her!

@cherylbekind Do you know what - I did think that actually! Its a local garden place that I go quite a bit for stuff for my garden. I will actually do that because customer service that good should be acknowledged!

A tale of impressive customer service today! My pond electrics had gone - the manufacturer reckons circuit board issue so return to store for an exchange. All good but I have no receipt, I do have transaction on my credit card. Emailed the store and explained, they said....

Feeling knackered this week however today I've been and got my hair cut, done the food shop, cleaned the house top to bottom and fixed my garden electrics. Kinda proud I got all my planned jobs done today despite feeling knackered!

I didn't even have to say anything, he knew who I was. I was in the store less than 3 minutes! Gobsmacked but in a really good way! Wishing that guy all the good karma in life!

....no problem - they have a record of the sale, and have one in store to exchange (a week or so ago). I rocked up today with the pond electric in a bag, guy spotted what I had in my hand, smiled and just handed me the new box and took the old one off me! Very impressed!...

So brother's kittens are staying with me while they sort their house. One decided to have a go at decorating today and ripped off a chunk of wallpaper under my electric fire while I was at work. Trying hard not to be annoyed at her but its an extra job I could do without!

After 2.5 weeks of looking after brother's kittens and keeping them downstairs - i've allowed them upstairs in my room tonight. Haven't decided yet if I'll kick them out at bedtime or see if they can behave well overnight!

Ok be honest - who else sobbed multiple times through the second half of Season 4 of Bridgerton!

Helping brother sort new door handles, locks, mechanisms, window locks, tracks etc on his new house in 4 degree weather. I don't think my hands and feet have ever been that cold! That's why people move in summer - clearly! 🥶

Just a quick public PSA. If you have ASD/ADHD etc your experience of it and how it presents in you - is not universal! It presents differently in everyone. Just because you wouldn't need that support/accommodation doesn't mean others don't!

Was getting changed after the gym today. Entire changing room free. A woman got her stuff out and then started to get changed on the bench behind me in very close proximity (could have touched her without fully extending my arm). Like..why? You could have changed anywhere else!

Well today was a day. Up between 3-4am because my electrics tripped and tried to figure out what had done it so I could get things back on. Got the gym (30 mins away) + had forgotten my make up, taught 3 back to back lessons, then straight into exam invigilation for 2.5 hours!

Still can't get onto my drive even after I cleared it today. The snow and ice on the road said absolutely not! Never mind. We'll try again tomorrow!

...the DVLA a letter (not allowed to do it online as I would need to know car reg, it would be illegal for me to open the letter as not addressed to me) telling them this person doesn't live here so they can tell DART. What the fuck is wrong with these agencies?!

Oh and the next absurdity - keep getting DART charge notices to my address for a person I've never heard of. Have sent them back as unknown. Keep getting them so emailed DART. I have to inform the DVLA, who will then tell DART. So I try to do that online and I have to write....

Oh and when I asked to make a complaint on the call I was told it would take him 30-35 mins to write it all and I'd have to stay on the line (after already having been on the call for an hour and a half). You best believe I am writing a complaint!

....it is a 'system issue'. I just have to wait and if they say no (which they should because they refuse to tell me how to send the evidence) then I have to call them and reopen the case. No-one can resolve it - I just have to 'wait'. I genuinely can not fathom the insanity!

....the letter they should have sent me with the information and how to submit my evidence. I just have to 'wait'. The payment they sent me is a different amount again and related to the incorrect case ID. They will not close the incorrect dispute and open a new one...

Oh the absurdity - did a chargeback with my bank, they have not send a letter they were supposed to with how to send evidence. They have 'refused' a chargeback on a non existent case ID for an amount never requested, the original case is still open. They will not send me....
