I recently went through an IPFS fiasco, so for whatever it's worth: I think you have to spend a lot of effort to backup all of your stuff on your own computers running IPFS and encourage other people to do it as well. I'm not good at that second part yet 😅 but I imagine popular people who can convince people to give them money for their art could also convince people to pin their art... but you have to do it 💀 There was no easy work around for me, and I lost a few things... but it was/is an ongoing labor of love. I have started with my own creations and am quickly branching out into your creations which I have collected 🫶 I think that using IPFS is as important as using any particular blockchain, so get busy learning about it! Besides it's really interesting and cool- and you're all a bunch of nerds too 🤓

Day 48 of the internet blackout. • Again, I spent the equivalent of what you’d pay for 2 liters of gas in Europe just to buy 1GB of VPN so I could come here, refresh the timeline once, and write this. (Imagine if internet blackouts just 1 day happen in Ghaza! ) huh - War happened, the economy collapsed, people are getting laid off more and more every day. - But who cares, right? Europeans shouting because their gas went up by a dollar, while 90 million people here are basically held hostage. - Yeah, go protest for your gas, you’ll never understand what it’s like to be in our place. • Thanks to everyone who even once spoke about us or worried about how we’re doing. - In the end, we’ll probably just become a couple of memes about the Strait of Hormuz in the news. • But our story as the people of Iran isn’t over. One day we’ll be free, and we’ll know who truly stood with us. - Take care of yourselves.

IMAX opening weekend tickets went on sale a full year before release. They sold out in 12 hours. $1.5 million in ticket revenue before a single TV spot aired.
