Your leadership legacy is rewarded by where things end, not where they started. How are you leading between the beginning and the end?

Sometimes you have to look back in order to look forward. What do you need to reflect upon before you make your next big decision?

Know your position. Effective leaders know where they stand on things and why they stand for them. Where are you positioning yourself today?

Everyone has a desire to be remembered. What do you want others to remember you for? What are you intentionally doing to make this happen?

What are you purposefully and passionately pursuing? What quenches your thirst as you lead? What satisfies your hunger as a leader?

Bear Grylls said, “When things go wrong, people panic and lose sense of their priorities.” How do you stay calm and collected in a crisis to effectively lead those around you?

Being held accountable by someone is different than holding yourself accountable to someone else. Who are you holding yourself accountable to as you lead? Why?

We all have different priorities. What is THE priority as you lead today? How are you communicating THE priority to those around you today?

Effective leaders ask the right questions at the right time. What is your level of curiosity and how are you leading strategically today?

Effective leaders often do uncommon things. What outside-the-box move have you made recently as you lead?

Effective leaders serve those they lead. How are you serving those around you today?

Relationships are built based on shared experiences and time together. Don’t stand in a corner. How are you purposefully engaging those you lead today?

Winston Churchill said, “Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.” As you lead this week, when will you stand up and when will you sit down?

Leaders who accomplish goals and reach results never go in alone. Who surrounds you and completes your inner circle as a leader?

Leaders who last and leave a positive legacy are flexible and adaptive. How flexible are you? How do you adapt to changing conditions as you lead?

Leaders who grow teams and organizations first grow themselves. How are you intentionally growing in skill, knowledge and decision-making today?

A tool is only useful when you pick it up. What tool do you need to pick up and use as you lead today?

EVERYBODY HAS WORTH. But not everyone’s work adds significant value to the goals of your team or organization. Who have you identified as the best producers on your team and organization? How are you helping them grow as they add significant value to your team and organization?

There is a difference between inconvenience and despair. Treat inconveniences for what they are - disturbances and disruptions; and don’t elevate inconveniences to a level of anguish or hopelessness that produces despair. Rise above the inconveniences of life and lead well today.

Sometimes life is like walking through a house that is full of mouse traps. But you don't have to step on the traps. How are you navigating and leading through challenges today?
